A Systematic Literature Review on Curriculum Studies Addressing Social Inequalities

This research aims to reveal trends on social inequality in curriculum studies based the carried out between 2014-2019 international literature. For this purpose, a systematic literature review was out. Some criteria have been specified for determine journals and articles be analyzed within purpose questions. In line with determined criteria, Scopus database searched, 262 reached as result of scanning were examined scope addressing inequalities. A detailed analysis 63 included terms target audience, design, which dimension focused on, their purposes. The remaining data coded text document through descriptive interpretive codes. As research, it found that inequalities started handled from different perspectives multidimensionally. Also, reflect current events, mainly learning-teaching process content. However, number applied higher than theoretical ones. Moreover, demonstrate legitimized reproduced. These students, teachers documents source by using case study design general.
